Customer email conversations

When a business sends a custom customer email in TaskNoll, Resend processes the recipient address, subject, message and reply address to deliver it. Replies sent to that dedicated address are processed by Resend and stored in the business's private TaskNoll customer conversation history. Sending requires the business to review and confirm the recipient and message. These conversations are visible to the business owner, included in account exports and deleted with the workspace under the existing deletion process. Message attachments are not imported. Provider acceptance and delivery do not establish that a customer has read a message. Businesses remain responsible for required customer permissions and appropriate service-related use.

Address suggestions

When enabled, TaskNoll sends the address text a business types in a customer or job address field to Geoapify to return matching U.S. addresses. Suggestions use Geoapify and OpenStreetMap data. This lookup does not send passwords, payment details, customer notes or device location. You can enter an address manually instead. Address suggestions do not determine whether a business must collect tax.

Creator referrals

If you choose to credit a creator when signing up, TaskNoll stores that creator code in an optional first-party cookie for up to 30 days. You can continue without selecting it. At your first workspace creation, the selected code may be linked to your workspace to calculate referral commissions from verified web subscription payments. We also store creator applications, profile links, approval and financial settlement records. Creators see their own aggregate referral counts and earnings, not referred customers’ email addresses or work records. Stripe processes the existing subscription payments; this program adds no advertising network. Closing a creator account removes its contact details and access. Limited financial reconciliation records, including subscription/transaction identifiers, may remain for accounting, refunds and legal obligations. Encrypted recovery copies of creator and commission records are stored in private Cloudflare storage on a 30-day retention schedule; failed replacement verification may delay expiry of the last verified recovery copy. Contact info@tasknoll.com for access, correction or deletion questions.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits, general traffic sources, device information and signup-button clicks. Analytics cookies distinguish visits; Google receives browser/device information and the network address required to receive these requests. We do not send names, email addresses, customer records, form contents or private workspace activity. Advertising personalization is disabled. Tracking starts only after you choose Allow analytics, and you can change your choice in Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. We remember that choice for six months. Browser privacy signals are respected. Declining does not affect signup or app access. These reports cover consenting visitors, not everyone, and signup-button clicks are not completed accounts or trials.

Google processes this information under its privacy policy. Contact info@tasknoll.com with questions.

Optional signup counts

With your permission, TaskNoll stores daily totals of signup steps, general referral-source categories such as Nextdoor, form-validation categories and broad connection or service errors for up to 90 days. These counters contain no names, email addresses, passwords, form contents, URLs, IP addresses or user IDs. No signup-form events go to Google. You can decline or change your choice on the signup page without affecting registration. Totals describe recorded attempts, not unique people or guaranteed completed accounts; they cannot explain someone’s personal reason for leaving.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

Only if you choose Allow Meta measurement, TaskNoll sends Meta public page-view events and an event when you successfully create a new business workspace. Meta receives your browser/device information, network address and any Meta cookies your browser permits. We send only fixed page addresses, without query strings or confirmation links. We do not send names, email addresses, passwords, form contents, customer records, payment information or private workspace activity. This choice is separate from Google Analytics and optional signup counts. Declining does not affect signup, your trial or app access.

Meta may use these events to measure and improve advertising and associate them with a Meta account under its privacy policy. We remember your choice for six months across TaskNoll website subdomains. Change it using Meta measurement preferences. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track prevent collection. Browser restrictions and declined consent mean these counts will not include every visitor or registration.
